If you discover contamination with a culture purchased from SporeBoss, please notify us within 15 days of your purchase. To report contamination, kindly provide clear photographic evidence via email to info@sporeboss.com.
Replacement Process
Upon verification of the reported contamination, we will gladly offer replacements for the affected culture. However, replacements will only be processed and shipped with your next order.
