JCSS is what you might call a “sleeper” variety of cubensis. They grow like healthy average looking cubes. Brown caps, long white stipes. But they are rumored to have been specifically isolated for high potency. It is unknown what variety of cubensis JCSS was isolated from, or who did the isolation work. But it’s potency alone has made it a recent favorite among researchers.
