Yellow Umbo is a interspecies hybrid of P. cubensis (Jack Frost) and P. natalensis. Crossed and stabilized by Yoshi Amano. Named for the the isolation’s main identifying feature, a yellow center that is raised (an umbo). It’s cap edges curl up at maturity.
